ORGANIZATIONAL STRUTURE

KJKS is an open platform for the common people. KJKS follows democracy pattern and participatory approach.
Any person/organization from any village can enrol his or her name as a member of the general body of the organization within its operational area. The general body selects “executive body” at an interval of three years. This executive body selects the office bearers and form administrative and finance committee. The secretary forms area executive committee from area general committee. There is a Director who assists the secretary. A coordinator team assists the Director.
