TEAM OF KAJLA JANAKALYAN SAMITY
Introduction:
The Kajla Janakalyan Samity has commenced it’s development journey in the year 1945. It was commenced by untiring efforts of many energetic, optimistic and committed villagers under the leadership of a galaxy of personnel like Late Prof. Sudhangshu Sekhar Panda, Late Sibram Panda, Late Radhashyam Panda and Late Phani Bhusan Das.

Executive council:
This consists of 23 members. Many of them are senior having experience of 12-15 years in developmental sector. All of them have their own occupations such as doctor, teacher, advocate, bank manager etc. They are giving constant time to the organization voluntarily in policy making and implementing the programs.


Management team :
This consists of 3 dedicated and optimistic experienced persons who take the leadership of formulating, running and implementing the programs in organizational level.


Co-ordinator team :
This is a team of 20 who are responsible for implementing the programs in the field area level taking leadership. They guide the field staff to implement the program effectively. They are the bridge between the management team and the field level staff. They are quite capable and some of them have 10-12 years of experience. They help the management to identify the problems and to solve them. They also help the management to formulate the programs and in decision-making procedures.


Field team :
There is some 200-field staff in the organization who are working directly in the field with the people to implement the program. This team is very experienced. Almost all of them have 10-12 years of experience. They are dedicated and take leadership to implement any developmental program successfully. They help the co-ordinator team successfully to identify the problems and to solve it. They also help the co-ordinator team in decision-making procedures.


Resource team :
KJKS form different types of trainer’s team in the sectors like agriculture, micro finance, education, cultural and health. They are organizing trainings for the staff of our own and others organization, beneficiaries and duty bearers at different level. This KJKS resource team is now a familiar name through out the district.

Volunteer’s team :
KJKS is proud of its volunteer team. At the central level this team is doing various types of work when and where needed in the sectors like health, education, agriculture and others. The volunteer team is also gradually developing in our each field areas.
