TRANSPERENCY

Financial transparency of KJKS:
The KJKS has an efficient Accounts Department comprising of three dedicated persons. Any member of this organization can go through the accounts at any time with consent of the secretary. The treasurer and one responsible person of the executive council monitor the accounts on a regular basis. Besides this the secretary is due to submit the accounts frequently at executive council meeting. The accounts and audit report has to be submitted in the annual general meeting. One reputed audit firm check the audit every year and give reports. Any funding organization can go through the audited report.

Transparency in case of programs:
The programs are formulated by the management in collaboration with the co-ordinator and staff. The program has to be sanctioned by the executive council. Each and every program has to get an approval at the annual general meeting.
